ClaimBot.ai provides a platform to assist users in claiming compensation for delayed flights and train journeys in the UK and EU. We also provide an optional Google Sheets add-on that automates email forwarding for relevant claims correspondence.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only.
- You must ensure all claim information you provide is accurate and truthful.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must not misuse the platform, including attempts to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services.
4. Data Privacy
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. When using the Gmail add-on, we only access email data necessary to identify and forward relevant communications for claims processing. This data is not stored or used beyond its immediate function.
5. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may be required to register and create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. If you are under 16, parental consent is required.
6. Payment and Transactions
ClaimBot.ai may charge service or processing fees depending on the compensation claim and method of submission. Full details will be provided before you confirm a transaction. All payments are final once submitted, subject to your statutory rights.
7. No Warranty
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for losses resulting from service disruptions or delays.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaimBot.ai disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or income, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at our discretion, especially if you breach these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time by notifying us in writing at support@claimbot.ai.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and trademarks on ClaimBot.ai are the intellectual property of ClaimBot.ai or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the site or service without express permission.
11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Third-Party Services
Our service may interface with third-party providers such as airlines, rail operators, and Google. We are not responsible for the content or conduct of these third parties. Please review their respective terms and policies.
